Thys sat on a rock overlooking the waterfall, his legs dangling over the side of the rock, it was a steep decline, but he didn't mind it or feel like he was going to fall off so it wasn't bad. He pulled out a lump of wood from his pocket and a knife from where it was hidden in his boot, as he started whittling it into a tiny bear figure, it was one of the things that he had picked up over the last 10 years away from this place, he wasn't sure that he had missed this place or not, while he did like it here, he would he happy anywhere as long as he family was there with him. He's thoughts started to stray to children, while he didn't regret his decision to wait because of Seli, he was starting to think of other kids as well, he had yet to bring it up with Cassila, not wanting to stress her more just after coming back to camp, which she didn't really want to do but felt that they had no other choice.

Cassila makes her way to the falls. Having asked around, she was pointed in this direction to find Thys. She makes her way closer until she catches sight of her husband, and she stands there, taking a moment to admire him. Her heart clenches as Cassila remembers all the man before her has done for her, even so long ago as to when she actually dared to hate him. He was the man who came after and saved her from the titans, who helped her raise her daughter - a child who isn't his - and has respected all of her decisions, held her hand through everything. Sometimes Cassila feels like she has never deserved Thys.

Exhaling deeply, she makes her way over to Thys to kneel behind him on the rock, gently wrapping her arms around him. "Another bear?" she asks him with a small smile.

"Yeah sweetheart." He tells her with a smile, finishing off the face of the bear before deciding that he was done for now, he put down the knife and half formed lump of wood, wrapping his arm around her waist. "What brings you all the way out here darling?" He asks, kissing her neck. "Not that I have a problem with you being here, I am more curious than anything." He tells her with a grin not wanting her to take it the wrong way, not that he thought she would but with what was going through his mind about babies and maybe having some he wanted to make sure that she knew that.

Cass relaxes against him with relaxed sigh, "I have been looking for you. A little birdie or two sent me this way." She meets his eyes curiously, "And what about you, love? You are all the way out here by yourself, and when I got here you looked pretty deep in thought." Is he just as upset to back here as I am? Is something else wrong? Cass's mind goes a mile a minute with worried thoughts as to what could be bothering her husband. Especially since she is usually so in tune with his thoughts and emotions, and vice versa, but it has seemed there is something on his mind she cannot get to. "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah love everything is fine, I was just thinking." He tells her, rubbing her side. "I was, you know thinking about kids, actually, wondering if you wanted to maybe have one or two now that Seli is grown up, but I wasn't sure I should bring it up here I didn't want to stress you out more, since I know being here is hard for you and I don't want to add extra stress to that, because I love you, but I can't help but want another kid now that Seli is grown, I miss looking after a little one."

"Oh..." Cass's eyes widen slightly in surprise. So that is what has been bothering him? She shifts around a bit as she has an uncomfortable internal debate with herself. "Well... I..." she sighs, this is why she had decided to leave the political, public speaking job to Sakarra - she never knows what or how to say things. "I appreciate that, Thys," manages Cassila, finally able to sort out what she wants to say as she looks at him, "but you can bring things up even when I'm stressed. You know it will either distract me from things or give me a push to get my crap together, and even sometimes I'm stressing because I know you have something on your mind. I wish you had talked to me sooner about this because..." Her eyes shift around and she runs her fingers through her hair, "Because... well... nothing's definite, stress can cause it, and I didn't want to say anything without knowing for sure since we had agreed but, uhm..." She flicks her eyes in his direction to meet his gaze.

"You might be pregnant?" He asked his eyes lighting up with happiness and he kissed her deeply, his hand straying down to her stomach and resting there lightly, stroking her belly, hoping that she was but he could also understand if she wasn't and they could always try again but he really hoped that she was. "I'm sorry you're right I should have said something before now, I promise from now on I'll tell you what's bothering me sooner so that you don't worry about what I'm thinking and causing you more stress." He tells her unable to believe that she might be pregnant.

Cassila smiles against his lips when he kissed her. Here she had been worrying about being late since they had agreed on no children while he had been worrying over the same agreement since he wants children. She hugs him, resting her head on his chest, "You have no idea how worried I've been. I'm just over a month late, Thys, and when I first realized... I was scared of how you'd react. Then I started noticing you being distant and.. I thought you had figured it out and were upset." She snuggles closer to him, happy that he wasn't. "I still have to find out for sure... With how stressed I've been, that could also cause me to be late."

"I'm sorry I've caused you more stress my love, I didn't mean too." He tells her sincerely, holding her a little tighter, mentally berating himself for the stress he caused her and if she was pregnant, the baby. "I'll be with you wither way my love, I should have said something earlier, and not kept it to myself, and from now on I shall try to do that I promise." He tells her, his mind already speeding ahead thinking of the things they would need for a child, he decided that he wanted to make the crib and change table himself.

Cassila smiles in his embrace. Ten years later and he still makes her feel safe and loved. "You're not the only one who kept something bottled up," she reminds him so that he would not be too hard on himself. "I should have said something sooner; this would have all been talked about and resolved before now." Shifting to cup his face in her hands, she kisses him gently and says, "For better or worse, we're here for each other. Let's not forget that, right?" Cassila smiles brilliantly at him, for the first time in the month she's been late actually praying to the gods for it to be because she is pregnant, now that she knows a baby would not harm their relationship.

"Yeah I'll not forget, it was the happiest day of my life when we got married, closely paired to the day that we took Seli home." He tells her, taking her hand from his face and lacing their fingers together. "I'll have to get started on the furniture for the baby, I want to make it for her, if that's okay with you?" He asked stroking his thumb over her knuckles, before bringing her hand up to his face and kissing it, he wondered if the child if there was one would be a girl or a boy or even twins.

"Of course, love," Cass tells him, smiling at his sweet gestures, "I would prefer for home made furniture as opposed to buying anything." She represses a shudder at the thought of when they had bought items for Araseli's room and accidentally got a bed that had held a curse on it. Cass would rather not take any chances of such a thing happening again. She hums softly in wonder as she watches him, unknowingly on the same train of thought about whether she would have a son or another daughter. "I wonder if we should go to Sakarra about it," she speaks up, "My sister more than likely already knows whether I am or not with her Sight." Cass smiles fondly thinking of her sister, giving a little chuckle as she adds, "But we both know she hasn't changed much and will go overboard in excitement about being able to talk about it, and if I am, I want to wait before finding out the gender or what they'll look like and anything else Sakarra will blab."

"I'm glad." He tells her with a grin, thinking of the perfect wood to use for each thing. "How about we ask Apollo to do the scan or someone from the infirmary, that way they will only tell us what we want to know and not go over board like Sakarra will, but its really up to you love." He says after thinking about if for a little while, mulling over all the options before opening his mouth to speak to her, as much as he loved Sakarra she could be really over bearing and take things too far, while not meaning to but she would be unable to rain in her happiness over them having a child.

Cassila smiles, "Oh, let's go see Apollo! Out of my godly family, Apollo is the only one I could ever really stand. And it'd be great to get to see him after not seeing him for ten years - and the last time I actually saw him was still during the war, before I had gone undercover, so we didn't get to speak much and he was going through a lot." She hops off the rock, her demigod 'ADHD' kicking in with her excitement and making her need to move in some way. "I do hope that Sakarra doesn't take it personally if we don't go to her," Cassila adds as a thought, though she knows even if her sister feels slighted, she will be as understanding and accepting as ever.

"I'm sure that she will understand, and if she doesn't well it's stupid because she should know why we are doing it." He says with a grin, standing up and taking her hand, and leading her towards the infirmary planning to iris message Apollo once they got there. He was thinking what sex the child would be, he couldn't decide if he wanted a little boy or a little girl, he wouldn't mind one of each, he thought though he would be happy with either, a boy or a girl. He wondered if she was pregnant or not either way he would still love her.
